I Look Forward to the Day

…when we stop thinking we have to be right about everything.

…when my default reaction to what seems like a lie is to give my brother the benefit of the doubt instead of thinking I need to have an opinion about his troubles.

…when my friend returns to God only to find out that the destruction he caused was forgiven before it happened. I will celebrate on that day.

…when your heart breaks. Only then can it be healed.

…when the joy of my soon-healed heart overwhelms the sorrow of my now broken heart. May “it is well” make sense to me.

…when we watch the weapon of fear taken from the enemy.

…when I get to Heaven and see the look on our faces when we realize just who is sitting around us that we never expected to see. Then we will know just how great God’s grace is.
